For over twenty years, Samuel has worked alongside entrepreneurs, operators, and growing businesses through situations involving development and transformation. His experience spans manufacturing, engineering, distribution, retail, real estate, and investment. That breadth of experience has shaped how he approaches businesses, where strategy, finance, and operations must move together. His approach is grounded in clarity, disciplined execution, and the belief that enduring organizations are built over time. Committed to initiatives focused on school and social dropout prevention, he believes deeply in creating environments where people can grow in a lasting and meaningful way.
Guillaume Lacroix, M.Sc.
Cofounder
Guillaume has dedicated his career to the growth and transformation of manufacturing and technology businesses. His experience combines innovation, internationally scaled product development, and business leadership across the electric mobility and clean technology sectors. He has also faced the challenges of scaling businesses and operational transformation, developing an approach grounded in execution, adaptability, and belief in the potential of people and teams. Active for more than twenty years in causes supporting homelessness and seniors, he places human impact at the center of his entrepreneurial commitment.
